We are living in uncertain times and it can be a struggle to manage our stress and anxiety. After a decade of working with adults and children teaching mindfulness and meditation, I have seen countless times how these practices and tools can profoundly change lives. We can develop a clarity and perspective that help us to manage the stress and be more resilient. I am currently offering online individual programming and corporate sessions.

I work with you (or your child) developing a personal program to begin looking at challenges being experienced. We learn techniques to relieve stress and anxiety, and work to develop and mindfulness and meditation practice and optimize wellbeing in your life.

Schools

Children are under a lot of pressure and we need to teach them now to manage their stress and emotions. I run numerous professional development workshops for teachers including stress relief and self care or in-class programing to help empower children to develop these skills.
