Mindfulness and Meditation have been scientifically proven to help relieve stress, depression and anxiety. They can also be beneficial for stress related illnesses such a head aches, gastrointestinal problems, help with insomnia, pain relief, memory, focus and the our immune system. Developing mindfulness programming in schools, hospitals work environments I've seen time and time again just how life changing bringing mindfulness into your life can be.

Individual Adult Sessions

Are you looking to bring mindfulness and meditation into your life?

We all have times in our lives when we need support. Perhaps we are experiencing an illness of some kind, grieving or looking to take a more conscious path. We are ready to make a change in our life. Individual client sessions begin with a consultation. We take a look at the holistic picture of your life and design a program to fit your individual needs.  

This may be specifically learning the practice of mindfulness and a variety of meditation styles. It may also include different healing modalities such as Reiki, Individualized Restorative Yoga.

NEW WORKSHOP:

Castle Hill Center for the Arts, Truro, Cape Cod - July July 15 - 19
9am - 12pm
5 Sessions

Everyone can draw, everyone can be creative, everyone can practice mindfulness. In this workshop we will be expanding our creative awareness and using simple acts of art making as a way of connecting more profoundly with nature and our lives. You will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and meditation and you will learn how to apply it to both every day activities as well as creating. We will be finding ways to quiet our minds, our inner critic, let go of perfectionism and what is holding us back and just enjoy the flow of creating. Exploring different mediums such as drawing, stitch, (mini) installations in nature, and projects that help remind us what brings us joy and how to be kind to ourselves.
